The $250K project consisted of 10,000 square feet of EPDM fully adhered roofing system in the Bronx, NY. Full contract documents were prepared and administered for bidding. Assistance during the bidding and award confirmed that the complete contract was fully understood to minimize change order work.  Included in the work was replacement of bulkhead roofs and doors. Contract administration was limited to product submittals, shop drawing review and field quality control reports along with payment requests reviews.
