The six building complex in lower Manhattan required an architect/engineer to inspect and evaluate existing conditions of water infiltration and recommend repairs. The complex consists of three hi-rise buildings with 33-stories and three low-rise buildings with six and seven stories. The project was inspected and new contract documents were prepared for the repair of deteriorated conditions that include concrete repair and coating all concrete surfaces. The existing metal curtain walls were also inspected and structural connections designed to anchor new curtain wall panels.
