Inspection & Design

The work included inspection of deteriorated concrete parking garage ramps and entrances. The garage is a 4 story reinforced concrete structure maintained by the owner. The concrete surfaces on the existing ramps and entrances have deteriorated in many places due to water infiltration and the intrusion of roadway de-icing salts. The specific areas had been investigated, sounded and delineated for repair, to be incorporated into the design documents.
