The 330-acre site consists of 35 high-rise apartment buildings (28 to 33 stories), 8 parking garages and 3 shopping centers, along with their own power plant. The LL11/98 filings require the repair of building facades and concrete balconies. Our full time field personnel handle any conditions that are required by the housing company from roof leaks to engineering calculations required for specific loading capacities. Full contract documents and contract quality assurance was provided for the work. All LL11/98 filings with the NYC Building Department were performed by A&A. New details and roof repair/replacement specifications were also prepared for the project.
