Inspection, Design & Construction Administration Services

The $1 million project consisted of 28,000 square feet of BUR on a large building in Yonkers, NY. Full contract documents were prepared and administered for bidding. Assistance during the bidding and award confirmed that the complete contract was fully understood to minimize change order work. Included in the work was repair of ornamental parapet and miscellaneous brickwork. Quality assurance was achieved as field personnel rode scaffolds periodically to verify that contract work was being performed according to the contract documents.
