The $1 million project consisted of 10,000 square feet of BUR on a large highrise building in Yonkers, NY. Full contract documents were prepared and administered for bidding. Assistance during the bidding and award confirmed that the complete contract was fully understood to minimize change order work. Included in the work was repair of parapet and miscellaneous brickwork.
