The work included a complete physical condition assessment of the building envelope, site conditions, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The buildings were constructed in the late 1920’s and are comprised of 122 residential units. The Owner requested the survey to include a breakout of current work required and prioritize work for 5 and 10 year projection budgets.
